New year and yes lesson 2

Hi for the last week I have been lost in the world of blogs. One of the reasons is the number of passwords and addresses that I have to keep track plus the tiem int day I do this class. It is a wild web world for me. As a new year resolution I have decided not to create any new passwords/email addresses. Yes no more codes to remember involving a combination of letters and numbers. I just plan to stick to a save number of 3. This is usually the number allowed for tries before you are automatically log out and not allow to get in an specific website. Now after this rambling here is the reason for which I am taking this online course. I need to stay in touch with the wold of my almost 18 year old step son and my almost 6 year old daughter. By the way she was OK that Santa did not bring her a cell phone, or laptop, or I-Pot /I-phone for Xmas, but is now campaign for her birthday in 2 weeks. She really has some valid points as she put is " I am the only one in this house that does not have one". This is true. We will keep telling her middle school is when she may be getting those things but from her stand point that is a long way away a she is just in kindergarten.

A few days back I looked over the educational bogs and found myself thinking that I am more of hands on learner that likes to teach to learn the material. I think this was the 5 point made in the presentation. I have a difficult time just reading the information with no kind of hand on practice. This morning already I finish with my last CEU credit needed for my continue educ certification as a speech pathologist. As I read the material I found some information new and useful but given that there was no true exercise involve to help me retain and make this information real beside reading it I am truthful by saying that I am sure it was not true learning as it is not committed to my memory or set of tools that I use on a daily bases at work. I am hoping that I will remember where this information is located as a future resource if needed.

ok time for coffee
